Q: Does your software cost money?
A: Yes. NameChex is not a free application.

Q: How does the software work?
A: Our application works using a few different methods. First off, domain analysis is done using API technology offered through Moz. With domain availability checking we provide three different methods. The first method works by checking domain availability directly against Verisign. The second method works by utilizing DynaDot’s API technology to check bulk domain availability and even register available domains automatically. Finally, the third method works utilizing the NameCheap API!

Q: Does my computer need anything special to run the software?
A: NameChex will run on almost any Windows machine. Microsoft .NET Framework 4 is required, but our installation package will install this for you automatically if required.

Q: Can I download NameChex directly after purchasing?
A: Yes. NameChex is available for download directly after purchasing. However, a registration key will be required to complete the installation. This will be sent to the email you signed up with once payment has been verified (usually within a couple hours of purchasing).

Q: Will I receive updates?
A: Yes. The NameChex license purchase comes with free updates for life. Every time you start NameChex it will automatically check for new updates. Once a new update is available you will be prompted to download and install the newest version automatically.

Q: What is your Refund policy?
A: We offer a 60-Days money back guarantee. If you’re not happy with the software for any reason during that time-frame just let us know and we can terminate your registration key and issue a full refund.
